2023 Mazda CX-5 S Premium Plus package Auto AWD

I don’t know I would have a favorite employee at the Volvo service department but if I were to pick, today it’s Lea Lawrence. We had an appointment yesterday morning and we didn’t even know our car hadn’t even been seen by the techs until I called late in the afternoon to see about picking up the car that estimates had said would ready hours earlier. What the other employee lacked in effective communication, Lea Lawrence was the opposite and more than impressed us with her prompt, professional and helpful responses. She not only picked up the proverbial dropped ball but ran it back for a touchdown. Thank you, Lea Lawrence, for providing exemplary customer service. You are a gem to this Volvo service department!

Awesome experience with Kyra and the rest of the folks at Volvo of Memphis. I had a nail in my tire which they removed, patched up, and didn't even charge me (even when tires were not included in my coverage package). Also washed my car, vacuumed it, put my new plates on, all within a hour. Very positive experience!

Lea Lawrence was awesome! She was very helpful and informative in explaining what service I needed. I will definitely be using Lea again as my service advisor. Kyra Davis was really nice as well.
