I’m an out of state buyer and I called and got connected with Kyle. He sent photos of the car answered all of my questions and had very fair pricing on the VW Atlas and extended warranty options. Even delivery to where I am in WI was included in the price! Unfortunately we ended up paying a bit more and buying locally. If you are local or even out of state I wouldn’t hesitate working with these guys. I was bouncing pricing off multiple dealerships and Kyle was by far the most responsive and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this dealer. Made my MK8 R buying process smooth as butter. The sales staff (Kyle) and Finance team was a pleasure to work with. I've bought and sold close to 46 cars in my lifetime and this was probably the best experience I've had thus far. No BS and kept their word on all instances. Also did not incredibility low ball me on my trade which is pretty rare. I fully understand car sales is a business and they need to make money, but not at the price of the customer. If this dealer wasn't so far from me - I'd be back easily for service and additional vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Great job Mankato!
Every person I encountered (from the front desk person, to the sales rep, to the trade-in estimator, to the finance guy) was genuinely friendly, helpful, honest, and willing to work past close to get the job done for you. Without me even considering the possibility, they had an employee drive to the cities on a Saturday morning to pick up my car (one of the least expensive ones they offer, mind you) so that I could have it that day. What to me is historically a terrible process (buying a new car), they truly turn into a relaxed pleasure. Also, there's popcorn! :)
