2025 Mazda CX-5 S Premium Plus package Auto AWD

Kelvin helped us find a beautiful Lexus but we didn't buy the same day. We went and drove some other cars but still came back to the Lexus which is a brand we have never owned. From Mercedes, Audi, BMW and Cadillac, Lexus checked all the boxes. Kelvin was amazing, spending an hour with us. Unfortunately I came back and Kelvin was off of work. But Chris Frydry helped me with the purchase. Fastest in and out I've ever had at a dealership. It was great, seamless and we really enjoyed the process which is something we usually hate. Chris was great, although he is a broncos fan. Drew took me through the tech set up of the new car and was very polite and on depth. Needless to say this was the best experience we had buying a car. I literally walked away from the BMW dealer down the street when talking numbers. I'm happy I did, this dealership is the real deal. We really plan on being a Lexus family now and our next cars will more than likely be Lexus from Hendrick and we look forward to working with Kelvin, Chris and Drew in the future. The yeti cooler was also a nice touch they threw in for us.

I purchased from Hendrick Lexus many years ago and have been a customer ever since. The service department is very informative and helpful when relaying information about any issues you are having. The videos are very helpful as well. I have had the pleasure of working with David Machold over the years and have been more than happy with his followup and help in explaining each and every issue. He always answers my questions right away and offers help in making whatever decisions that are needed. I also love that I can always count on getting a loaner car and never have to worry about not having a car while it's being serviced and the valet service is incredibly convenient because I live on the other side of town. My experience here was top notch. Aaron sold me the car. He was very chill, no high pressure sales tactics and very knowledgeable. He also has really cool hair. Paul (The Greek freak) in financing did a tremendous job with my loan. And Ralph in Tech had his work cut out for him, teaching me all the features of my car. He has the patience of a Saint and was hilarious. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
