2023 Mazda CX-5 S Premium Plus package Auto AWD

We live in Austin but were visiting family in Green Bay & decided to visit Bergstrom Hyundai to test drive the Tucson Hybrid LTD, the vehicle we were planning to buy back in Austin. Zach McKeefry was our Sales guy; he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, and patiently answered every question we had. He also assured us that he could get us the Cashmere Bronze color we wanted. We returned to Austin, ready to get our new 2025 Tucson from a dealership there. Long story short, NONE of the seven dealerships we dealt with in the state of Texas could get the color we wanted for at least six months. So we called Zach, and he had our car within a WEEK. He seamlessly managed all the purchasing and signing logistics via email. Zach was OUTSTANDING. He’s incredibly customer-focused, direct, and honest. Our interaction with Zach and Bergstrom Hyundai was worth the trip back to pick up our new car (and of course visit family again!). HIGHLY recommend Zach McKeefry and Bergstrom Hyundai.

I have never been so pleased to write a review for a car purchase in my life. I have purchased many vehicles in my 65 year life and loved most of them, but, I can’t say the same for most of the dealerships. I live in Northern Wisconsin 150 miles from Green Bay. I began my new car shopping on the internet and found Bergstrom to have the best selection and prices. I had no idea that they also were the best place for buying a new vehicle. Upon arriving at the Hyundai dealership we were enthusiastically greeted by our salesperson Noah Z. He was not high pressure, but rather, highly knowledgeable and accomplished for a young gentleman. He was totally polite and professional. The dealership was clean and well staffed. Most of our experience was spent with Noah, but, on the occasional need to deal with others at the dealership, my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with them, too. To sum it all up, Noah and the company he works for, Bergstrom Hyundai of Green Bay, we’re the best sales team I have ever had the pleasure of working with and purchasing from, in my entire life as a car buyer
