Absolutely phenomenal experience purchasing my new Camry TRD. I knew exactly which car I was wanting and Robert helped tag it for me so upon delivery it would be mine. Dealership is undergoing a remodel but waiting area for service is well equipped with a coffee machine, water and snacks.
I honestly cannot say enough about Toyota of Colorado Springs and how they handle customers and their overall philosophy of selling vehicles. Throughout the process of purchasing my new Tacoma I worked with Robert, Jeff, and Dom. Each of them was fantastic. This is one of the coolest parts about this dealership. They all work together, they take time to answer all of your questions and you don't have to put up with the traditional dealership experience. The sales folks take care of the paperwork and it's quick and painless. They sell at MSRP and unlike the other Toyota dealership in the Springs, they don't automatically add $1000s of dollars in dealer add-ons like paint protection and vehicle tracking systems to every vehicle.
