Had a pretty good experience at this Mazda. Came in for a basic oil and filter change I was able to smoothly use my prepaid maintenance without being asked 10 million questions like other dealerships. Wait time was 1 hour and 30 minutes which is not bad considering they give you a complimentary inspection as well as; coffee, tea and water in the waiting area. Chris assisted me in through this process he was very attentive and friendly and even went over the inspection with me. Overall I will be returning for future maintenance.
10/10 service. One sales rep Gregg was the one who helped me and was truly a blessing. He was calm patient no to pushy and he didn’t treat me any different due to race age or appearance. I drove off in a new Mazda Cx-5. All of the requirements were met here.
