I liked a Chevy Tahoe on their website and I responded on the Web page. A minute or so later, I received a call from the general manager Ray. He was very friendly on the phone, told him my price range and he continued to work up an estimate for me. I then decided to drop by the dealer to test drive the vehicle. At that time I was introduced to Evan, one of the sales team members. We then took a test drive, all the while conversing with Evan about used vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, which gained my trust. I agreed to meet the following evening with Evan, bring our trade-in and purchase the 2021 Chevy Tahoe. Once we were back at the dealer the next day, we sat down and worked up the actual price for the vehicle. Much to my delight, the "real" quote and the estimate I received the previous day over the phone were exactly the same. They also honored the web trade-in value for the used Odyssey we had. Overall I was extremely pleased with the friendly nature of the entire crew. We are very excited and happy to be new owners of a great vehicle. I will certainly return when it is time for my next vehicle purchase.

Best car buying experience! For context, this was my first time buying a car. After visiting multiple dealerships, Len Stoler was the BEST. I worked with Austin who was very patient and able to answer the questions I had. I definitely recommend Len Stoler to purchase your vehicle from. They entire staff is honest and very welcoming. There was no pressure to sell me anything I didn't want. Austin made sure he had found vehicles with the specific features and color I asked for. Afte the purchase was complete, Austin followed up to ensure I was enjoying my vehicle and offered to help set up the app. I did have difficulty at first with the app but he was able to troubleshoot on his end which got the app to work for me. All in all this was a pleasurable experience for me.
