I recently purchased a used 2020 Mazda3 Hatchback from Della Mazda with the help of Tom and I do not think I could be happier with my decision. With such a large purchase, I hoped to be as informed and careful as possible. Tom was very friendly, easy to work with, accessible, and well-informed, making sure all of my questions were always answered, whether in person or over the phone. His knowledge came in handy when inquiring about how this particular vehicle would accommodate my lifestyle and reasonably enhance my driving experience, as these were my top priorities in finding my next vehicle. His patience was much appreciated! He truly helped me feel confident in this decision and now I have a car I get excited to drive every day. This was the second Mazda dealership I had been to and I was worried the salespeople/finance team would be consistently pushy and skeevy across locations. Luckily, this was not the case and I found the employees here to have a healthy balance of prioritizing their personal career goals and customer needs. None of the "I'll be right back" and making the customer wait for no reason nonsense!!

By far the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Parker from sales was a delight to work with- very knowledgeable, attentive, honest and helpful (as was the rest of the sales team). They offered a very fair price for my trade-in; far better than I would’ve received elsewhere. Will from the service department was so accommodating & friendly. Michael (management) thoroughly explained optional add-ons/packages without any pressure, just an education. Bonus: having Mark David oversee the transaction; he went above and beyond to make sure the car was outfitted as promised before driving home. Such a refreshing and pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from D’ella Mazda.
