Went in for transmission fluid and filter change, transfer case drain and fill, and new battery. Amber Lowery was the service manager and she was brilliant. Great communication skills and made me feel comfortable explaining all the technical questions I had, never making me feel stupid. They had breakfast, lunch, and snacks if you were waiting, and the use of a car if you had to leave it overnight, which I did. The transmission shifted noticeably more smoothly after the service. The battery was rated at 850 amps, and my tester when I got home measured 940, so top marks! The price was also exactly what a private shop were charging, without the loaner car, food, and the kind staff , though I did get a military discount which did this. The private shop also tried to add the two differentals service without asking! I had already done that myself as it is so easy. That's why I left that shop and went to Audi North Orlando...so happy I did!

I deleted my bad review about this company. I admit that I was wrong. My alternator broke and I called Audi north Orlando. They helped me right away. They promised to pick up my broken car for free right from my home, replace the broken alternator and give a replacement car!!! I am incredibly happy with this Audi dealer and promise to be their regular customer!!! I recommend only this dealer to everyone!!!
