This is an example of good car buying experience. I called to see if it was possible to get a Mazda around a number I was able to work with. I know realistically it was low for any new car but Jason made me an offer and was true to his word. That alone speaks volumes. No added or hidden fees. Out the door price exactly what we agreed on. Then we had Armando as our sales guy (Jason was a supervisor I believe) who was fantastic and still welcomed us 40 minutes before closing. Yes, I regret to say we were those people due to traffic weather and work, yet all staff was kind and polite no side eyes or ugly faced cuz they had to stay. Armando took care of us with some beverages and the whole set up of our new car. Then Will the finance guy (finance is the part I least like ) waited to get us set up knew we didn’t want extras as I already had the budget set and he respected that getting us in and out within an hour. Tell me where else have you bought a car from test drive to pairing your phone via Bluetooth upon delivery in about an hour?! The service was fantastic even considering a weekend car from here simply because they had 3 manual Miatas on the lot during this post. I must add that this facility is quite fancy and they had the game on as well. Fantastic team and great experience.

Every time I go to Mazda Mesquite I have an an amazing experience! I recently went in for an oil change and had excellent customer service. Isaiah and service staff always take care of me and keep me updated on what’s happening to my car. They have a lovely waiting area that’s stocked with coffee and snacks to enjoy while you wait. Isaiah answered any questions I had and made the whole process very smooth since check in to check out. I also had a chance pleasure to speak to Luis, who was actually the gentleman who sold me my Mazda CX30. I was a first time buyer and to be honest it is a bit intimating walking into a dealership. I was probably at the dealership for 2-3 hours deciding on what car to get, test driving cars and asking a billion questions. Luis was very professional and so patient with me. He answered any questions or concerns I had and made my experience pleasant. If you’re thinking of getting a Mazda, I highly recommend Luis to be your sales man. You won’t regret it! Also, a big thanks to Mr. Marvin who knows how to make his clients feel special the moment they walk-in and out of Mazda!!
