    My first experience with the Basney BMW Service Center was fantastic, and I am incredibly grateful to Eric L. for his hard work and diligence during the transaction. I am a new owner and needed an alignment after I had some suspension work done on my BMW. During the initial alignment appointment, I was made aware of a component issue that prevented the alignment from being performed. Eric and his techs were very transparent about what the issue was, and gave me some options to get it resolved. Then, Eric went to bat for me and petitioned my service contract provider to cover the repair under the contract. He was in touch with the third party provider the whole time, and kept me in the loop as he negotiated the coverage. Finally, after getting the repair covered, him and his team did great work and got the components replaced and the alignment complete. I appreciate Eric L. advocating for me with my service contract provider and I feel as though he went above and beyond to get the components covered and the work done efficiently. As a new BMW owner and a local, any and all work on my vehicle will be performed by Service at BMW Basney! Thanks folks!

    I took my BMW in for a warranty issue. When returning the loaner vehicle I left my wallet on the passenger seat. After getting home I realized I had left it there. I contacted Dean Wirth at the dealership and he confirmed I had. Then without hesitation he offered to personally bring my wallet to my home. Now that is service beyond the call of duty. Everyone at the dealership is super nice and try make sure you're happy. Unusual in today's society.

    Phenomenal operation! Eric Longfellow in service has been nothing short of perfect with communications. Their service videos they take on your vehicle & send to you is outstanding. Opened my eyes to a few things I've not been paying much attention to underneath the car!
