Absolutley seamless. Beyond a great experience. From the moment I stepped into D-Patrick, I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prepared. Seth(my service advisor) was an absolute joy. Knowledgeable about everything. Answered all of my questions And clearly went above and beyond. I will continue to get my BMW serviced here while I am in Indiana. Worth the 2 hour drive, for sure.
