Purchased my vehicle at Hello Mazda of Temecula. However, Hello Mazda of San Diego is closer for service. My experience at both locations has been great. Let me tell you about my experience getting assistance from the service/parts department... First of all, shout out to my service rep, Antonio. He's been fantastic and so helpful from the jump. The first time I spoke with him I was in a panic because my keys got deprogrammed and Mazda Customer Support said I'd have to go into the dealership and pay over $200 to get them reprogrammed. I called and spoke with Antonio and explained what was going on. I mentioned that it was going to be a big inconvenience to come in for that. That's when Antonio said, let me see if I can save you a trip. He helped me over the phone and with a few button presses my key was working again! So, after this exceptional experience, I scheduled my 15k service with Antonio. His drive to give the customer the best experience is obvious. I got a video showing me the condition of the car with a clear explanation of what was in good condition and what they recommend I replace/service. Antonio is also a very honest guy. They recommended I replace my air filters. I told him, I've replaced air filters before but found cabin air filters to be trickier. As soon as I communicated that to him he offered to show me how to get to the filter. Saved me some good cash! Also, when he inspected my car he noticed that some door trim was missing. Without asking, he looked up and provided the information for the part replacement and after confirming with me, popped it on. Long story short, Hello Mazda has provided me with an exceptional customer experience. Special thanks to Antonio for being so awesome. Happy to be part of the family!
I was treated amazingly by the crew, I met Javier, Craig, and Jayde, all very helpful and attentive and not only that but they helped me get a good deal and hooked me up. Not to mention Mazda cars are very much underrated and with an awesome price, I recommend at least giving their cars a test drive. They worked with me to get the price I wanted and I appreciate that, even got a lower APR (3.6% on a 2024 CX-50) than my old man got at another dealership and having a better credit score than me! Didn't try to oversell me anything and when I said I didn't want something I didn't get no "but" or was tried to be convinced otherwise, great dealer that I would recommend to family and friends and I can at least testify of how great Jayde was since she walked me through the whole process and her shadow for the day was really respectful too.
