My experience here was excellent! Wife and I came to just test drive as we were looking into 3-row seaters for our family. Shante was able to already have a PHEV and inline-6 ready for us right when we arrived. We weren’t even looking to buy and Shante made the experience anxiety-free. She provided an in-depth analysis between the gas and PHEV cx-90 and any technical questions she didn’t know off the top of her head, was able to get an answer relatively quick. She also provided some rough numbers on our budget and what we were looking for and was able to get our rate at 2.9%. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had (previously only bought used or CPO’s). Wife also can’t wait to use their new service area (apparently it matches her “aesthetic”).
Started off with a Mazda from a different local dealer and it was a nightmare even getting service done. My friend recommended I come here & I couldn’t be happier with the service.
