2024 Mazda CX-90

I went to Mazda Wesley Chapel today to do a lease buyout on my Mazda 3. My salesman was Stephen, and he did an excellent job of providing me with ALL my options. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable which gave me the confidence that he was working diligently to respond to all of my concerns and needs. Jaafar was the General Manager working with Stephen and I was very satisfied with his efforts on my behalf. He also answered all of my questions which was very helpful. Abdul was the Finance Manager who worked with me to complete all the necessary paperwork. He was a pleasure to work with, and I appreciated his thorough explanations. I usually don’t purchase extended warranties, but he did a great job explaining the benefits, and I ended up very happy with my decision to get the warranty. I have always been happy with my purchase and service experience at Mazda Wesley Chapel and today was another example of why I continue to do business with them!

As a first time car buyer it was pretty scary, but my salesman Paul was very helpful. He explained everything to me step by step and tried his best to make sure I was comfortable. He even gave me some additional options if needed. I ended up getting the car I wanted and am very happy with the decision. Thank you Paul!

Thank you to Karim, KZ, and Abdul for making this experience such a fun, exciting, and safe purchase. They made me feel like family and big brothers looking out for the little sister. ???? I was originally looking for used, but they got me into a brand new zero mile 2024 all black cx5 (dream car) for better price!!! 10 out of 10 for the whole team that came together and made my family and I comfortable, especially my father's approval, who is a tough man to please!
