Some people hate the car buying experience. I on the other hand had the best experience at Maita Mazda. It was the most seamless process I could have asked for. We had an incredible customer experience at Maita Mazda. About a month ago we were driving to Tahoe and a red light indicated that we needed to check our airbag system. We found Maita Mazda and the service department could not have been more generous. Short story - Marie and Colby in service - got us a loaner, even put roof racks on the loaner so we could take our cargo box with us to Tahoe. We returned to Maita Mazda a few days later - our car's airbag issue had been resolved and we headed home. I have shared this experience with a friend who runs two dealerships in the Fairfield area as an example of remarkable customer service. Thanks again Marie and Colby.

I bring my car here for service. Taylor Jacobs is so helpful and takes his time to explain to you what is going on with your car! He is kind, patient and understanding and does not try to give advise on things your car doesn’t need just to make you pay more. He actually does the complete opposite and is totally upfront and honest. I am so thankful that he works here and only want him to assist me with my car needs! He is the best!!
