2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV Premium Plus Package

They were very thorough in finding anything that was recommended to service on my vehicle but unfortunately it was all quite expensive. I ended up taking care of the urgent items and the recall which they accidentally charged me for the recall part. I didn’t catch it but a few days later I got a call from the warranty department and they let me know of their error and I had to call back to speak to the cashier which I think her name is Nicole but I could be wrong. She is the kindest, most polite woman. Extremely sweet and knowledgeable in the position that she is in. Perfect lady to be doing anything customer service related. Todd was my service guy and he too was very nice and he took his time explaining things. The only negative was the high costs and they had my vehicle for 7 days but luckily I did get a loaner which I appreciated.

Kevin is amazing! He knew I was looking for a decent safe car for my son at a good price and contacted me regarding a car that came available! Sent pictures had it checked out by service, it had low mileage and no damage, he said that he would buy it for his son… I trust him. It has been a great car for my son.

Definitely recommend going and asking for Maria Vergara, she helped me make a dream come true. She will help you find a car and try and get you a great deal… she walked us through the whole thing step for step and explained to us everything we didn’t understand, answered all of our questions in great detail. It was an hands down a good experience for it being our first brand new car.
