2024 Mazda CX-90 Turbo S Premium Plus Package

Lane Dyer was our service representative he was very professional! We were traveling with our Nissan Titan XD pulling our travel trailer from Colorado to Florida on our way a Power Reduced Light came on. Orr Service Department ordered and replaced the coolant reservoir/sensor and had us back on the road the following day. They allowed us to stay overnight at their property very accommodating! Everyone was so helpful! I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted but our daughter had no idea. Brad was patient, helpful, showing us every car on the lot and giving us all the info and help we needed. We are extremely happy with our vehicle choices and feel we got the absolute best deals possible on our purchases.

Car was informing me it was time to get oil changed etc, every time I started the engine, so I called for an appointment. Got in at a time I could work with, about a week out. I got in and out on appointment day within an hour. I also had a recall switch under the hood done at same time as oil change. They also found a couple of pins were missing on my gas tank and fixed that as well. I got a print out of what needed to be attended to in the near future and a car wash. Seemed very thorough and professional. Oil change prices seem a lot more than they used to be, but other charges didn't seem out of line. Overall a good experience.
