This place seems edgy based on the reviews and the signs on the building are old and faded, but Monica was SUPER responsive to me! She said her family bought the business not too long ago and she works hard to take care of her customers. She was very willing to negotiate with us to a fair price, better than anything we've seen elsewhere. Also very transparent and honest with us. I was hesitant at first but Monica actually does a really good job, really would recommend ????????
