Great customer service, very welcoming environment. I came on a busy Saturday afternoon, but I was never left unattended. Janel came to me and helped me out with everything we need. We were able to test drive the car. It took some time for us to wait for the financing person. We waited at the lounge where there were coffee and snacks. Overall great experience:)
Larry really made buying our certified pre-owned 2021 CX-5 a breeze. Everyone we interacted with at Tustin Mazda was nice and helpful. Great selection. Great coffee machine. We drove 2 hours all the way from Yucca Valley because of the selection Tustin/Huntington Beach Mazda had. Looking forward to bringing in our CX-5 twice in the next 12 months for the complimentary oil changes. You can't go wrong buying a Mazda from Larry at Tustin.
