2014 Mazda CX-9 Touring AWD

Jeff was incredibly helpful, and very honest. I first test drove a Dodge Journey, but after driving it and realizing it wasn't for me and talking a little more, he pointed me in the direction of a vehicle that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. He was kind, listened, and was just as excited as I was when I got approved. He is exactly what a salesman should be, and I've even told my boyfriend he needs to go to Lithia Nissan when he's ready for a new car. 10/10 would give them my business again. I don't think I'd even go anywhere else.

Good used car buying experience. Everyone was straightforward, and they made time for me to drive and buy the car in the same day. Car had the usual hidden issues that I noticed as I used it more, but that's to be expected with any used car. One issue I would point out is they overfilled the oil about a quart, should have noticed and had them fix before I took it off the lot. Overall they seem trustworthy and efficient, and purchasing experience was very professional.
