2013 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring AWD

These guys are awesome! I have never bought a vehicle online before, let alone bargained over the phone for an out of state truck before. Not only were they completely strait forward and honest about every detail, but they were truly genuine from start to finish. My wife flew into state, they picked her up from the airport, drove her to the shop to see the truck. The catered to our every need and concern during the whole process. Even talked to us about our mechanics that were going to evaluate the truck, as well as offered their shop floor for inspection. Jesse even assured us that if anything did not meet our standards he would personally make it right by getting my wife back to the airport for a flight home. Or if the truck was to break down on its way home he would personally pick her up and get her home at no expense of our own. It truly felt as if I was dealing with family. They will always be the first company I look to when I am in the market for a new vehicle. The integrity they showed me was far beyond anyone I have ever experienced in the vehicle industry.

This was the most expensive car I have ever purchased and the only car I’ve ever bought without test driving or having professionally inspected (I’m sure I could have, but I didn’t feel it was necessary). I did this due to immediately feeling Jesse and his team were 100% trustworthy. In fact I did have the car professionally inspected two weeks later and basically wasted $180 purely for the peace of mind that everything Jesse said was accurate (it was). Fusion described the car perfectly with their on-line advertisement which made it super simple to know exactly what I was looking at. Jesse was there to answer any questions and point out things that might be of interest (including a bunch of carbon extra’s and car cover that weren’t advertised but came with the car), with zero feeling of “being sold to”. Great correspondence over the 24 hours or so it took to complete the deal and all the paperwork was filled out quicker than I could enjoy a cup of coffee in their lobby. Loving the car and would highly recommend Jesse and Fusion if they have what you are looking for.

My entire transaction was a very positive experience. Jesse and Josh were great to work with. They were assisting every step of the way getting documentation set up prior to purchase and in a very timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again. Thanks guys !!
