2023 Mazda CX-9 Touring Plus AWD

Chi- Chi-Chi He was our salesperson-I wasn’t even considering buying a Mazda until I stopped at this dealership and Chi introduced himself. He was absolutely wonderful. We were on the lot looking at cars test drove 1 and left. There was no “let me get your email” “what’s a number I could give you a call” “let me get my sales manager to speak to you”. Nothing- and I mean nothing which was absolutely PERFECT! He gave us space to consider the vehicle. So I went back a week or so later-took another drive in the same car. Then the true Chi came out-his KNOWLEDGE of the vehicle. I mean depth that I hadn’t even thought to ask -and I had been doing my research. When I say depth he told me the difference in horsepower from using premium to regular fuel. One of the 1st questions I asked , “does the front passenger seat have lumbar support?” Guess what? He knew the correct answer! He really was helpful. When I decided to purchase the car-he was the person I wanted to buy the car from. He located the exact car I wanted and had it on the lot in 24 hours. When I showed up to pick it up -there it was with a big red bow! It felt like a Christmas/birthday mix. He probably spent almost 2 hours going over all of the stuff because I hadn’t purchased a new car in 20 years- think back - most of us weren’t even using cell phones. It was a lot of information- HE COVERED IT ALL and then he would go back over anything I was unsure of. Incredible experience-incredible guy! Very happy we just happened to stop in. This dealership did it all RIGHT. No pressure -no emails -no phone calls and a fair price. Loved it all- a huge thank you ! 10 stars ?? ??????????????????

1st noticed vehicle online. They transported from another store and my sales person Gunnar helped me out from A to Z. Transaction was seamless. I had a minor issue that he easily resolved. Highly recommended.! If in doubt, Gunnar will help you pull the trigger:)
