2023 Mazda CX-9 Touring Plus AWD

Just wanted to share my experience as someone who also checks reviews before going to purchase from somewhere especially when it means spending a good amount of money. A few bad reviews at first had me worried especially since the drive there was already going to be an hour and a half so 3 hours in total and with that could come the disappointment of going home empty handed. My first communication with them was a couple days prior to arrival and the sales man I talked to was super accommodating to my situation and understanding that I wanted a certain car on the lot. I set up an appointment and made the drive when I arrived with a few others who were going to be with during test drive we looked at it before going in and as they looked at it I went to go find someone in the building and was greeted by the two sales men outside that told me the car was sold - they didn’t realize I was the one who made the drive for it so not only did they make sure they held the car for me they told other people basically there was no chance which was big for me since most dealers will sell as quick as they can. Very trustworthy by there word and I appreciated that 1000% percent. When we test drove the car was perfect and all fluids were kept up on, car fax was printed and handed to me along with all necessary paperwork. I’ve had the car for less than 24 hours but I had to make this review to give them there credit and the car ride home it drove like a dream. Very pleased with this car and the price in todays market that I got it made it even better especially with the low miles I couldn’t thank them enough and saved at least 3k compared to what these other lots wanted with even more miles. These guys are worth the drive and very trustworthy, don’t let these couple few bad reviews show otherwise.

First time here, we drove from Elkhart Indiana to check out their inventory. I was quite surprised with the number of quality Vehicles they had on a lot considering condition, mileage and price. I thought they were extremely Fair, they were very friendly not pushy, it was a pleasant transaction we purchased a car and drove it home. I would definitely recommend them and will keep them in mind for any future needs.

Bought a 2010 lexus rx350 from these guys at a reasonable price. Post delivery the check engine light came on for a bad o2 sensor. Instead of saying "sorry can't help you there" they insisted on fixing it up saying it shouldn't be on me the customer to have an issue the day after purchase. Definitely a dealership who respects the customers investment. Will be buying from them again in the future.
