2022 Mazda CX-9 Touring Plus AWD

The parts department has got to be the best in the nation. Probably because of Pat! This guy is AMAZING! Always forthright, upfront, and seems to be able to magically lay his hands on exactly the parts I’ve needed! I think I’ve been in here about 6 times, chasing down parts, and he and his team have always been great to deal with!! If you need parts, check these guys out, they’re great!

I worked with Ms. Toni Hancock and was 1000% satisfied with the overall experience. She and her Manager did a excellent job in locating and obtaining my vehicle. From the day we started working together, to the day she contacted me that the vehicle had arrived at their Lot, was about one week. I was totally impressed and have had nothing but continued excellent service and follow up from Orr Honda. The Service Manager is also very courteous and quickly resolves and answers questions.

There was power outage when I git there for my oil change. I had driven 60 miles to get there. Service manager Bobby thinking outside the box said no problem we can use flashlights. I really appreciate his ingenuity to get my vehicle service. Before the oil change was complete the power came back on and they rotated my tires.
