The smoothness of the drive is remarkable, making long trips a pleasure rather than a chore. As parents of two kids, the 2nd row captain chairs have been a game changer. I had as good an experience as anyone could have when I had to bring my car in for a very serious repair. The service advisor I was assigned to was Chris and he worked patiently and diligently with the third party warranty company that I have, to ensure the would be high out of pocket was minimized to me. The best part about the whole process is that Chris truly cared that the car was fixed and was fixed right. He treated the repairs as if were those of his own car. There is no substitute to that level of service. I could not say enough positive things about El Dorado Mazda service.

William is usually who I speak to when I need service done on the car. William is great about explaining to me what I need to know, he usually answers all of my questions before I can even ask them. He’s also great with updating me on the car’s status. Genuinely, if William is there when I need service done, I know I have nothing to worry about. He gives excellent customer service every time. I also like that they send me a full report on their courtesy inspection, which includes videos of what they saw. Obviously they want you to feel like they’re telling you the truth about what they see in the shop and the video does great to accomplish that. Nothing but good things to say about the Mazda service center.

Suggested for you
