Bought a used car here. I thought the staff were very helpful and friendly. They made the process less stressful especially with having a child there while doing this. They have nice comfortable facilities while you were waiting. Snacks and coffee as you went through the process.

My first experience with the service department at Pearson Mazda. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of service and communication. They sent a video walk-through of the car inspection and clearly showed what work they recommended. The video gave me more understanding and confidence to make a decision. I felt respected as a customer.
