We walked around and Esme greeted us with such kindness, she walked with us around to look at cars that were very nice while still staying in our budget, we test drove the car we wanted and it was AMAZING, we went inside and started on the paperwork, which was very fast, we were provided with answers to our questions, help when we needed it, and she dedicated all of her time to us, after all was said and done we drove off in our very FIRST CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP, ALL THANKS TO ESME FOR ALL OF HER HELP, KINDNESS, AND POSITIVITY! Stockton Kia is the best!!!!! Esme was awesome ???????? she is very knowledgeable and very sweet! She wasn’t pushy at all, she answered all of our questions and was always asking how we were doing and trying to help in any way she could. She was very funny too, the hours went by super fast, I knew what I wanted and she made the time go so much smoother! Ricky was just as awesome, always asking if we needed anything. I can tell they work as a team, and they have great customer service! Let me tell you about Jamber, such a sweet person too! He was honest and knew what he was talking about. I have to say this has been one of the best experiences on buying a new car. Rickey was such an amazing help. He was very patient and knowledgeable. And if there was anything that he didn’t have an answer to he quickly found out the correct answer and assured me that all my wants were met. I would recommend any of my family or friends to go with him next time they are looking into purchasing their next car.
