2023 Mazda CX-9 Touring AWD

I recently purchased my dream car from this dealership and my experience was nothing short of amazing. As I walked in I was immediately greeted by Mr. Leo Sanders. He was warm and welcoming. He made me feel comfortable and the whole experience as someone who is financing a vehicle for the first time less intimidating. He listened to what I wanted and he worked with my very tight budget. Since he works in finance and sales I was able to work with him the whole time I was there which made me feel even more comfortable. He was able to show me the perfect car on the first try. He worked for hours trying to make sure he got me the best deal and he did. By the time I left I felt like family. It's been almost a month since I've had the SUV and it's still perfect. If you are in the market to buy a buy a car I recommend this place and definitely recommend working with Mr. Sanders. I would like to thank him again for all his hard work, his attention to detail, and treating me like family.

Sean, our salesman, was very helpful, respectful, and friendly during the whole process. He was able to get us into exactly what we wanted at the end of the day. Issues arose on our way out of the dealer and Sean made sure everything was right before we finally took our vehicle home for good. Leo in finance was also very quick and efficient in getting us out as soon as possible and made the experience stress free. The service and body department however could use some work. A car we initially scheduled a test drive for had mismatched paint from body work done at the dealer which deterred our purchase and as we were driving away with our new car, a check engine light popped up from a failed battery that should've been caught in their 160 point CPO inspection. Overall, a very good sales experience thanks to Sean and Leo.

I had the most wonderful experience with NEWLY MINTED AMERICAN CITIZEN Ali Sayes. He was nice and friendly and really worked to get my business. I had been a customer of Orland Park Mazda for my last 2 leases but when I visited them in February they didn't seem too interested in my business. I decided to give Napleton Oak Lawn Mazda a try as I had read the good reviews they had and I was not disappointed. Ali negotiated a great deal for me and put me in the CX 5 I wanted. I will be a repeat customer for sure!
