I would like to start with the knowledge and expertise of the service section at this dealership. Ms. Diamond was my service consultant and she was extremely courteous, and for the record I have a 96 Lexus LS 400 which they did not make me feel as if my car did not matter. I would also like to thank Mr. Fred in the parts department or merchandise section as well Extremely professional and exceptional service. I would make this 2 Hour drive from Alexandria anytime moving forward.
...and this is coming from a cynic- ESPECIALLY when making a major purchase like a vehicle!!! I have zero complaints about the entire process, but if there was an issue, it was resolved immediately. This dealership in particular KNOWS how to take care of their clients, and they won me over, they will be my go-to when the time comes for another.
Everyone was very nice and professional. Mr. Robert Thompson was awesome. Will remember this location when looking to purchase a new car.
