2021 Mazda CX-9 Signature AWD

I had a great experience at this dealership from the time I completed an online inquiry and received a call from Lucia to confirm an appt day and time to the time of my arrival there and meeting, my salesman Rod. He was very down to earth and kept his word about getting the payment that I wanted. He was quite comical, too, which added a sense of humor to the usual stressful experience of buying a vehicle. The manager, Lyndon, was also great and worked hard to get the numbers in my favor. It helped that I did the research beforehand on the exact vehicle I wanted, and once I confirmed that it was still available in their inventory, I proceeded the same day. My only suggestion is not to schedule an appt at 6:00pm on a Saturday because they technically close at 8pm and the finance office part of it felt too rushed at the end but I still took my time and read through the documents carefully before signing them. When I found discrepancies that were not discussed prior, I brought it to their attention and Rod and Lyndon jumped right on it and got the issue resolved. I was out of there by 9:30pm or so and on my way in my 2021 Toyota Venza which I absolutely love! ??

We had a very smooth experience and would definitely recommend doing business with Kenn at this location again. We sold my Mom's car, got a great price, and purchased her a vehicle in no time !
