Have been buying and servicing my vehicles from Younker since 1980. Regarding the service performed on this visit Mike Bryant my service advisor, greeted me with a smile, listened to my concerns, clarified what the issues at hand and pushed forward to find a resolution. (You see I was about to embark on a 1700 mile trip and a dependable repair was paramount.) Two hours later Mike called and said my Pathfinder was ready. Turns out that the repair was a simple fix, and he found a safety recall that needed attention as well. Mike had the technician run a thorough inspection on the Pathfinder which gave me peace of mind in regards to the journey I was about to make.
