Tyler was great at helping us test drive several vehicles. He was very patient with us as well. We bought a great vehicle and was able to get in house financing to help boast my credit back up. The only issue I have had is after purchasing the vehicle I noticed severe shaking of the steering wheel as well as the vehicle itself as I would break. More than likely brakes and rotors need changes. I was able to reach out to Tyler and he gave me the service centers number. I was able to call and get an appointment scheduled. I am hopeful that they will fix the issue without it coming out of my pocket as they sold it that way. Overall I was pleased with my purchase and ability to walk out with a vehicle. We had a great salesman who even entertained my children during the paperwork process. I look forward to my appointment on Monday in hopes to get our new vehicle in great shape for our family.

If your looking to buy a vehicle look no further! I had the privilege to work with Tyler Beem who was absolutely amazing and patient through out the entire process. He went above and beyond trying to help me and I ended up with a beautiful 2018 Chevy Equinox! He never hesitated to answer any questions I had. They are the most wonderful people I have ever dealt with at a dealership. All staff was amazing. I had to bring my two year old in and they always gave her snacks and were beyond sweet/caring. Ron the sales manager was awesome and so wasn’t the front desk lady! Will definitely continue to do business with them. I highly highly recommend North Main Motors! :)

Collin was super helpful! We were able to test drive and take the car to our own mechanic to get it checked out as well. And good following up on questions and concerns prior to purchase. Great experience! Collin was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a payment plan that fit my budget. I’m self employed and I was worried about not having official proof of income and my credit being an issue but he was very willing to work with me in order to get me financed. Most buy here pay here places are a little shady with unreliable vehicles but here I was able to get a quality car that suits my lifestyle at an affordable price!
