Went to this dealership looking for a vehicle for my 18 yr old daughter. We could not reach a deal for the vehicle we were looking at. I was not upset, but rather impressed by the integrity of the salesman, Lee, that was working with us on our deal. I have been trying to educate my daughter in the world of car credit, finance, insurance, and extended warranties. As per usual, everything I’ve told my daughter has been in one ear and out the other. This man was honest, patient, kind, took the time to answer all my daughter’s questions as a first time car buyer on her own. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I came in last Saturday (10/7/2023) to take a look at what has been a dream car of mine. Lee made everything as clear and transparent as possible. He was ever polite and personable. There was no pressure at all. In fact, WE had to ask about an extended warranty. Lee was then quick to explain the ins and outs. I am compelled to review this car dealership. Shopping for vehicles is a very stressful event, especially for used vehicles. Lee Whicker and the staff at Hertel went above and beyond with the level of service and care I received. I am still shocked at how outstanding the service was I received. I made an out of state purchase. I came in for one day and had to have the vehicle shipped. Lee made me feel so confident in this transaction. He was honest, not pushy, addressed any and all concerns I had and even ensured certain details were covered that were not his responsibility.
