2023 Nissan Ariya Platinum+ AWD

Kline Nissan made it easy to buy my first car! I bought a used car at an excellent price. Grant Carl was helpful and patient with me during my test drives and purchase. Thanks Grant! My only discrepancy were the hidden fees and money added onto my overall cost that weren’t throughly discussed with me. When consulting with finance they seemed agitated with my questions and wanting to wait for my partner to go over paperwork. Overall, my sales consultant was great and for the most part it was easy. I’m happy with my purchase. ????

Bought a 2023 in 12/2023 and the engine blew up and had it towed to Kline. Austin helped check my car in and get me into a rental quickly. He then went to bat for me with Nissan when they kept wanting to deny claim for new engine that was needed on a 2023 with 27k miles on it. He truly made my day when he called to tell me he got my engine approved and ordered. I will be taking my car there for service for the rest of its life. Highly recommend Kline Nissan for their professional and helpful staff who are willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

Everyone was very nice and attentive. Chris was informative, friendly and honest as a salesman. Matt was patient with all the financial paperwork and having to start over when I added another option to the purchase almost towards the end. And the young man (sorry, forgot his name) who looked up how much my car was worth as a trade in was complimentary on how good I took care of my vehicle. I truly appreciate how well they all put me at ease. If the service department is half as nice, I will sing the praises of Kline Nissan until the end of time!
