I had to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy and needed a new car. I was receiving flyers and brochures from various dealerships. I found my Jetta on Campbell’s website and my heart pounded- I knew she had to be mine!!! I called and spoke with Michael, told him what I wanted, and he made it happen! He didn’t pressure me into a different car, or at all for that matter. He was just really genuine about trying to get me into what I wanted, and ultimately succeeded. He even sent a driver to pick me up!! I highly recommend this place. I won’t need a new car for a while, as mine came with extremely low mileage. But if and when I decide I’d like to trade in…. I’ll be back!! The staff and service are over the top!

I never write reviews, but I had to share my experience with Campbell Volkswagen. I went to the dealership ready to be turned away for a car loan because of my low credit score. Fast forward about 2 hours and I left with the car I wanted and a lower interest rate than I expected. I mean a lot lower. Like 10% lower. Before you assume you can only qualify for high interest rate loans, PLEASE go see Michael Cardenas. You will be pleasantly surprised. Thank you Michael, my whole family loves our new car!!
