The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for, at exactly the price I was looking for, and I left with it with in 2 hours. The CR-V is in amazing shape, passing inspection by my auto mechanic husband and I love it! The dealer Mark was extremely friendly and easy going. I totaled my car recently and was devastated I had to find a new vehicle after only owning mine for a year. Our town was slim pickings for inventory so I thought we’d check out Springfield. Pulled into May Motor and Mark helped us find a very clean suv! A couple days after purchasing, the check engine light came on. May Motor stands by their 30 day limited warranty. We gave them a call and they took it into their mechanic and we ended up needing to replace the turbo. While this can be a costly repair, they were able to get a pretty decent deal on it and I was quite grateful they paid 50% of the bill. They even gave me a loaner car that I was able to drive while my vehicle was in the shop. Thank you Mike for caring so deeply about your customers and thank you Mark for doing everything you could with your mechanic to get the repair done as quickly as possible! Definitely check this place out if you’re looking for an affordable vehicle.
