2012 Nissan Rogue

Just moved to the area and needed service for my 2018 Rogue. I've been a customer of Mentor Nissan, but since Ganley is only 2 miles away, I decided to try them out. Scheduled my appointment online with no issues. Figured what I needed done would take a couple of hours so I decided to drop the car off and pick it up later that day. My service advisor, Brent, was very nice and walked my through the process and was able to give me a ballpark estimate before I left. Service was done faster than I thought and when I went back to pick up my car, they went over everything and then the payment process was easy and I was out quickly. I'll return again for future service needs.

He thoroughly and patiently walked me through every feature of the vehicle before I left. The entire staff worked to provide me with the best car buying experience I've ever had.
