My experience with Summit Auto was so good that I felt the need to share. We recently purchased a reliable and well maintained car for our daughter, at a very fair price. This was a surprise to our daughter so when we took it home we got her in it to look at all of the new things she had that her old car didn't. While doing so, we discovered the sunroof was broken (we didn't think to test it on the lot because it was cold out). Matt was quick to help us get it scheduled for a repair, and even paid for the repair to make it right. If that wasn't enough, they took our our old cars on consignment and sold it for us. We didn't have to do any work, and all they did was take a small fee out of the sale price. During their inspection of our old car, they found an issue needing repair They addressed it with us openly and honestly, and arranged to take the repairs out of the sale price as well. the whole process took so much stress out of the sales process for us. We were able to use the money towards the down payment on our new car no differently than a trade in. In short, in my experience, I've never encountered a used car dealership better than Summit Auto. Matt and his sales staff are the single most honest people I've encountered in the auto sales industry. Their prices are fair, and they bend over backwards to make any concerns/issued right. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to see Summit first.

Great staff! We drove 5 hours to trade our vehicle with a vehicle they had and they kept in great communication with us and had our vehicle cleaned and ready for us when we arrived. We will keep our business with them in the future. Worth the drive!!
