I love this dealership. From my first time there buying my car. Justin was my salesman. He was very patient and not one bit pushy. He also was very professional but friendly. Update to getting my oil change, slow leak in tire check, a detail that was promised when I bought the car and the 20k mile check up. I dropped off the vehicle in the morning Mike M checked me in. Let me explain all my concerns and actually listened. As he retrieved my loaner for the day Nick who was assigned to my service came over introduced himself and educated me on the services they were providing and how they would text me through the duration that they had my car. And that they would come to me to return my car and pick up the loaner. He was also amazing with his customer service. He kept me up on everything. My tire had a small hole in it. I was informed I’d need a new tire. 15 minutes later he called me back and explained my tire could be repaired after taking a second look. Who looks twice once the customer agrees to pay. For me that was huge. Not once did they try to up charge me. That’s the honesty I love. Between the honesty, knowledge and polite service made me wanna be a Kelly customer for ever.
