2014 Nissan Murano

I can recommend SNS Cars to anyone looking for a used car with complete confidence you will be treated ethnically with respect and honesty. I had been looking for a specific car for months. Specifically a 09-14 Toyota Corolla Matrix. My brother and I made road trips out of it, often driving up to three hours each way to look at a prospect only to find that the seller had withheld important information. It’s good we enjoy road trips, but we’re old men and fuel is expensive. More importantly, my need was becoming urgent. I had just given up hope and was on my way to look at a regular Corolla which I would probably have purchased when I saw the SNS Cars, Inc. advertisement for a 2010 Matrix on CarGurus. I left a message but didn’t expect a reply in time to keep from probably buying this other car. To my surprise Adel replied very quickly and we discussed the car on the phone. He was very easy to talk to. I was clear about my auto search history and the kinds of things I’d seen and I asked him was it worth my time to drive over two hours to look at his car. He assured me it was, and he was right. The car is in very good condition, inside and out. We took it for a test drive and looked it over with a critical eye. The buying process was low key and easy. We quickly agreed on terms and sealed the deal. I was surprised that Adel was able to register the car and provide permanent metal license plates and stickers right then and there. There was a brief period where the check engine light came on, then it went away. I called Adel and asked him his advice. I suggested that I was going to be taking the car to my regular mechanic for routine service and they could review the issue there. Even though the warranty he offers requires me to bring the car to him, he quickly and happily agreed that he would help make it right, Some Google research indicates it has to do with, of all things, the gas cap! The light cleared on its own when I refilled the tank. Go figure. It was good to know that SNS Cars stands behind the sale. If you go there, and buy a car, negotiate for a delicious cheesesteak sandwich from his wife’s food truck if it’s not out at another site!

Adel went above and beyond to help our son purchase his first car. He is thrilled with his Honda Accord. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My family and I came out to look at a vehicle we saw online. We were greeted very nicely, and was given the option to fully view and inspect the car. While we didn’t end up making the purchase, I was impressed at the “we will not bother you” approach in letting us fully inspect the vehicle. I know many places get a bad rep for things, often times, out of their own control, but I felt the service here was top notch.
