Recently purchased a 2009 prius from them. Chris was accommodating, he allowed us to take our time to look over the car. Upon taking delivery of the car and taking it home, it showed some issues. I immediately contacted them and spoke to Darren. Well long story short, they took the time to help me out and provided a solid customer service experience.
