Always have good experiences here but today was an especially good one! Workers are always friendly, patient, and just cool people in general. I really appreciated today because he knew exactly what the problem was and had me in and out in probably not even 10 minutes. Since it was a quick fix, he didn’t even charge us, which showed a lot of character. Shoutout to Jacksonville Kia??

This 5 is for Criss, who was so helpful the 3rd time I went there. I have been using Kia for about 17 years now. I honestly didn’t get a good customer experience the first two times I went there. I understand that people have bad days and sometimes things don’t go the way you plan. So this time Thanks to Criss; I am going to give 5 start. Because he went above and beyond.
