I can't say enough about Avery, he is genuinely a good person who cares about his clientele. I've been on the hunt for a CTS-V for a bit but was not in a hurry. The day my V was traded in he let me know he had it, I fell in love instantly. Coming from the dealer level and not having purchased a vehicle as a retail customer I was a bit nervous.
