The collision manager, Edgar, is exactly what you want if you ever get into an accident. He not only ensures that your car gets properly repaired, he also knows how to effectively work with insurance companies so you don't have to worry about something going wrong. I've been using the other Canyon Auto for my mechanical needs needs for almost 30 years, and I'm pleased to report that their body work location upholds the high standards to which I've become accustomed. Definitely one of the best businesses I've ever encountered.

Friendly and informative reception, efficient service (alignment), fair good-value pricing. If you like old-school service, you will feel comfortable here. Staff seem friendly with each other; I heard 3 languages spoken during my less than one hour there. I felt at home. Front desk Allen was super; mechanic Tuan was awesome! I had an oil leak with my oil fitting unit, I called and Allen was very prompt with me as well as kind. I had forgot my wallet on the day I was supposed to take my car in, I called the next day and he still provided me service in the order received. I brought my car in the following day, (even while he was busy with customers) he still made me a priority and got my oil fitting unit replaced within a couple of hours. Great people and very trustable! Highly recommend. Update 07/10: Needed my oil fitting unit replaced, Al was very prompt with me, nice guy to talk to and got the service done within about 20 mins.
