1999 Lexus RX 350 300 AWD

I had the pleasure of recently working with Will to purchase my new Nissan Z at the Kirkland dealership! We've been talking and texting about my desire to buy the Z since last September/October but unfortunately there wasn't any option for me to choose from until February. I was extremely pleased when learning one came in that I'd specifically wanted. Will called me the morning it arrived and even supplied photos and measurements I needed to know if my dog would be able to comfortably get in and out of the car! He's knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind. He went above and beyond and I highly recommend him!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Had an appointment for Sunday but came in early and was immediately welcomed, the staff is so kind and really pulled every string possible to get me my dream car! Nothing but love from these people and so willing to help!

Check engine light came on in my Frontier truck. Nikki told me that I could bring it in and drop it off without an appointment that same day. Got an estimate right away and approved the repairs. My truck was done the next day and ready for me to pick up. Nikki has always been kind to me whenever I come in. She is also very professional and knowledgeable.
