I was searching the net for a used enclosed mobility scooter for my wife .I found the very one I was looking for at Meleh Motors in San Leandro Ca .It was priced at $4999 which was $2400 les then a new one and it only had 56 miles on it , I called and talk with Mousa and he was extremely professional and made me feel at ease about buying this scooter. The shipper however kept delaying the pick uo gave Mousa and me a lot of excuses saying the broke a hub on there trailer but i could tell Mousa was getting frustrated think I was going to get upset with all the delays but I told him things happen so I would give the shipping co. the chance to work it out. After 5 days of delays the shipper cancelled but Mousa found another shipping co. that picked up the next day and got here to Wisconsin in 4 days and it came in perfect condition . Mousa kept me informed by text and phone calls ( one time he even called me at 9pm) to lmk what was going on. Its very rare you receive this level of service these day so if you are think of buying from Meleh Motors rest assured you wont find a better co. to deal with. I have never wrote a possitive review before but this one is well deserved !!!!

Mousa was SUCH a breath of fresh air during my car-buying experience! As a woman purchasing a car alone for the first time, navigating this process can feel intimidating, but Mousa made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. He patiently answered all of my questions (and I had a LOT) and genuinely took the time to make sure I felt confident and informed. He even went above and beyond by picking me up from BART, replacing filters, and changing the tires the same day so I could feel safe and confident driving off the lot. That level of care is what sets him apart. I’ve now had my car for about eight months and I’m still extremely happy with it. A 5-star rating for a dealership speaks volumes, and Mousa absolutely lives up to it. His approach is honest and transparent, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about making sure the purchase is right for you. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else when shopping for my next car!

Mousa gave me a good deal, and was super responsive and helpful when something came up after I bought the car, he fixed it for no extra charge. He runs an honest business and we had interesting conversations about religion and philosophy while waiting for credit cards to process. Recommend!
