For starters, all of the staff here are extremely kind and helpful. I worked with Hailie and she was very sweet, very helpful and super informative. There was no haggling, no hounding or any pressure here. They easily took care of the financing application and also the finance manager explained everything in depth upon signing and my vehicle is nothing short of beautiful and well taken care of. I highly recommend, especially to woman buyers, this location!

Purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Lat. plus earlier this week. I had the pleasure of working with Alex during my car buying experience. He's extremely easy to interact with (this coming from the world's most Anxiety ridden human) and extremely knowledgeable about trim levels, financing, well about cars in general. From the beginning of my purchase to the end, he was AMAZING! He kept me well informed of everything during the purchasing/financing process. He actually listened to my needs in a vehicle, financing needs and was there to address even the smallest questions or concerns I may have had. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I highly recommend Alex and the rest of the Star Auto staff. Trust me when I say do not pass on this place. They go above and beyond! My one complaint: I think they must have used every last ounce of Armor All in existence while detailing my car ????????. Honestly, just a joke, but thought I would mention haha. Recently needed a new car and read the reviews here about Star Auto. Reviews were spot on, had Bella for a sales person, she was great and willing to answer all questions no matter how trivial they might be, same with the sales manager Liz. All cars on lot look great, great inventory, prices are good, cars well taken care of. No pushy sales but what I liked was when they said xyz would happen on said date, it was done. While other places listed cars from 2018-19 for a certain price, I found newer models at those older model prices with more features and low miles. Great all around, highly recommend !

Alex was a pleasure to work with. He greeted us in a warm and friendly way. He encouraged us to test drive our vehicle and made sure to let us know the route of travel would accomplish city, as well as highway driving experience. He was prepared and professional and handled our sale very smoothly. He exhibited a great personality and should be commended for his overall handling of our sale. Our son is very happy that he was able to receive such a nice vehicle. Finance manager Liza(?) was a pleasure to work with as well.
