I just want to start by saying this was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I have ever done over the years. From the very beginning to reaching out to the dealership, to the very end of the final purchase. Customer service was top notch, I couldn’t had ask for better treatment. My salesman, Spencer went above and beyond during this whole transition. What impressed me the most was, even after the purchase any time I had a question or request days or weeks later, Spencer made sure it got dealt with. He was always responsive through every text msg I sent. I’ve had other dealerships in the past pretty much write me off after I made the final purchase but not here. Spencer was still just as appreciative of my business weeks later and still took care of me each and every time. Mrs Tidwell in finance was awesome to work with. She was very friendly and informative. I left her office knowing everything I needed to know. I would 100% recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase.
