Iam posting this Review after 4 months of purchasing my 2012 prius, it's runs good still I haven't faced any problem. "I had a fantastic experience at Prius World of Austin! To say that Michael & his entire team are AMAZING is a massive understatement. I drive my Prius all over the country & when I take it in for a service I always like to know exactly what’s being done to my car ( I care a lot about my Prius, I know that sounds rather strange). During my last 3 or 4 visit, I’ve never seen Michael quiet, he’s always dealing with so much and running all over the place BUT he never fails to stop by and to reassure his customer/ updating them on their car. His ability to handle so many tasks and yet provide the BEST service to the customers are simply one of a kind. It’s a no-brainer to say this and the genius is in the name, but their knowledge of the Prius is incredible, they know exactly what’s wrong with the car and when one can expect a problem based on car condition, their diagnosis process is amazing to watch. There’s is no faffing around trying to find out what the issue is, because they know what the issue is and they get to the core of fixing the problem. Whether is in middle of the summer heat or freezing weather, Michael and his team are literally killing it with the best service. Thank you for a great service, I shall return for as long as I keep my Prius.
